Así se vivió nuestra primera edición de: The Art of Presence. Un encuentro inmersivo donde, por un instante, volvimos a nosotras… desconectando del exterior para reconectar con lo esencial, rodeadas de calma, silencio y vida de @canaylma 🍃
Comenzamos con una ceremonia de té junto a @ohmibiza.tea , un momento de pausa consciente donde todo se desaceleró… invitándonos a llegar, a respirar y a simplemente estar.
Seguimos con una sesión de yoga guiada por @yoga__ei , conectando movimiento y respiración en perfecta armonía, despertando el cuerpo con suavidad y presencia. Después, compartimos un brunch saludable y delicioso de @freshkitchen_ibiza , diseñado para nutrir desde dentro y acompañar la experiencia con intención.
Nos adentramos luego en el Enso Experience, un espacio íntimo de expresión y conexión, donde cada trazo se convirtió en un reflejo del momento presente. Y para cerrar, finalizamos con los regalos de @thelongevitysuite_spain , un gesto de cuidado que extendió la experiencia más allá del encuentro.
Algunas disfrutaron de @sculptdetox con sus manos mágicas.
Para nosotras @micaiovine & @vaneguzmn_ , esto fue mucho más que un evento. Fue un espacio para sentir, conectar… y recordar la belleza de estar presentes.
